Hi! I'm Erin. I’m a young marketer and soon-to-be graduate who is passionate about the high-tech space. I was brought up in the technology generation, but the tools I use every day never cease to amaze me. Right now, I’m finishing up my Bachelor of Commerce degree in Toronto and will be joining the workforce after graduation in April.
I love to use my creativity to engage with new audiences. Previously, I have worked on the marketing team at a Toronto-based digital health start-up called iamsick.ca. I wore many hats in this role, but my primary purpose was to manage the social media strategy, including developing creative content messaging, and campaigns.
Right now, I am interning at Greenlid, a start-up founded by the Wyatt brothers to make green living simple. You may have seen their compostable compost bin on Dragon’s Den!
I am also a hobby photographer. My DSLR comes with me on all my travels, and I love to shoot photos of architecture and landscapes. Bridges are my personal favourite. I’ve been lucky enough to visit every province in Canada (I haven’t conquered the Territories yet) and to travel to Italy, Greece, Scotland, England, France, Monaco and the United States. I’m always dreaming of my next trip, but there are so many options.
I’m originally from Ottawa, but Toronto has been my home for the last four years and I have fallen in love with it. I love to bike around the city, take photos and eat out. I’m learning to expand my culinary horizons.
